Pro-Weld is one of the largest rack design houses in the industry today. Our customer base ranges from OEM’s, Tier 1 suppliers, specialty vehicle makers and others. What makes our group unique and a leader in our industry is our ability to create build-capable designs that meet the needs of our customers. We focus on the “design and build” service of each job. Our designers work hand in hand with our fixture, prototype and production personnel.

Pro-Weld delivers on innovative designs that lead to products that are both cost effective and superior in quality, service and timing. The Pro-Weld highly trained and experienced design team is driven by methods and processes within our Quality Management System that promotes continuous product improvement. Our expertise in structural steel design and fabrication along with our knowledge of plastics, open and closed cell foams, woods, fabrics, rubbers and urethane products allows us to offer a variety of solutions to meet your needs. The Pro-Weld design team works closely with our customers, partners and manufacturing team to assure designs are functional, can be manufactured efficiently and built with repeatable quality. From concept to fully operational prototypes, Pro-Weld will deliver results. We will work with electronic part data, physical parts or with physical parts as required in the development process. Our prototype team excels at quick turn around, solving problems and refining products for manufacturing and ergonomics.

Pro-Weld also works with IGES and Step Conversion data of any usable software. We have a secure FTP data exchange set up for receiving and transferring data. Pro-Weld has a T1 line and works currently in Team Center. In addition, Pro-Weld is set up to receive data via Trubiquity.
