Pro-Weld, Inc. in cooperation with Macomb Community College (www.macomb.edu) is proud to announce the Center for Excellence - located at Pro-Weld's facility in Chesterfield, Michigan. The Center for Excellence provides a one month intensive training program in the areas of MIG and TIG welding. The program is offered through the Macomb College Defense Grant Program for the unemployed, under employed, or those looking for a career change.

The program provides entry level training to enter the field of welding as well as employment assistance, resume help and employment skill training upon completion. Students have the opportunity during training to become a AWS (American Welding Society) certified welder. The program is free of charge for those accepted.
