owned company that was founded in 1993. Primarily a leading
design, manufacturer and program manager of fabricated steel
products, we are committed to providing our customers with
innovative ideas and products that are cost effective and meet
or exceed expectations for quality, timing and serviceability.

Pro-Weld's 12 acre Site allows for
endless manufacturing opportunities. Our 160,000 square foot
facility and corporate offices are all under one roof allowing
our customers the flexibility to do all operations at one
source. Our equipment speaks for itself in CAD-driven
technologies and manufacturing.

Does Pro-Weld do machining work?
Pro-Weld has a full-service machining
area with the ability to do one-off prototypes. Production
machining is usually performed by one of our 3rd
party suppliers. Pro-Weld is currently seeking a new CNC
machining center for in-house production.
What colors are offered for powder coating?
Pro-Weld can offer nearly 130 colors
to meet your needs! Our primary color pallet is approximately 16
colors.
Are your welders certified?
Yes! Pro-Weld employs highly
qualified Certified Welders that adhere to the American Welding
Society codes as well as the American Society of Mechanical
Engineers Codes. Our current certification codes are:

What types of metal does Pro-Weld work
with?
Pro-Weld has expertise in Armor, CRS,
HRS, Stainless Steel and Aluminum materials.
What tolerances can you hold in your metal
weldments?
Pro-Weld has extensive experience in
fixtures which allows us to hold tighter tolerances. Many of our
recent jobs have called for tolerances of +/- 0.030” over a
96.00” long frame.
Does Pro-Weld design and make its own
tooling?
Yes, we make most of our own tools
in-house. Larger tools are generally built by our outside
supplier.
What is your market area?
Pro-Weld sells products worldwide. In
2010/11, we shipped to the US, Canada, Mexico and South Africa
What is your customer base?
Our current primary customer base is
in the Automotive, Military and Agricultural Industries. We also
serve local municipalities and most small businesses.
What type of shipping methods does Pro-Weld
offer?
Pro-Weld offers a multitude of
shipping methods from parcel package services to long-haul
trucking. We use enclosed vans, flat-bed and drop-deck trailers
as required.

What other types of products does Pro-Weld
offer?
We have the ability to make a wide
range of fabricated metal products. Pro-Weld is now working in
the lighting industry providing energy-efficient fixtures for
warehouse and stadiums.
Does Pro-Weld stock raw
material?
Yes – We have most common steel
tubing and sheet sizes available at all times. Our material
suppliers can usually have special materials to us within
48-hours if required.
What are typical lead times for a project?
Our typical lead times for most
projects would be as follows after receipt of a Purchase Order

1-2 weeks for Concept
2-3 weeks for Design
1-2 weeks for Start of Production
(*depending on complexity of the
project)
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Yes. Our products typically carry a
warranty from manufacturing defects for 1-year from build.
