  Powder Coating

  Pro-Weld's powder coat system has been set up with both efficiency and quality in mind. Parts travel via a continuous moving conveyor line into a phosphate wash bath, through a preheat oven and into the powder station. In the powder station parts are coated with a durable polyester coating then finish baked at 850 degrees. The result in a high quality, ultra long-lasting finish. Pro-Weld can handle a part as large as 84" wide x 84" high and 168" long. Products can be finished in virtually any color you desire.

  Sand Blasting

  Pro-Weld's sandblast booth is equipped to handle both small and very large scale parts up to 140" wide x 140" high x 325" long. The booth opates with 100 psi at a range of 250-400 CFM of media pressure. Painted parts eare easily stripped for inspection, modification and refinishing. Scale is removed from armor, steel and welds prior to inspection and finishing operations.

  Robotic Welding

  Pro-Weld has five robotic welding stations each equipped with the latest in advanced technology. These work stations produce a final product that is consistent, uniform and at the lowest possible cost.

  Laser Cutting

  Pro-Weld provides rapid precision laser cutting. We have a fully equipped and certified quality control department to ensure every component is within exact specifications.
